Keep Notes

Keep notes at all times when you deal with customers and they want specifics done with their PC’s, the reason I can say this is because if you don’t and they come back crying about how they wanted this and that, and you say otherwise they will tell you everytime that they never said that. If you take notes however, you have proof that you wrote it all down as they said it. Then what can they say?

So always remember to keep good records and notes so you don’t fall into a mess like we did with a customer throwing back a million things they said we never did for them which was included in our price.
